Core PCE just came in at 3.1%. Exactly as expected, but up from 3.0%.

Headline PCE: 3.6% year over year. The Fed's favorite inflation gauge is moving the wrong way, one day after 2 officials voted to hike.

Markets shrugged. $BTC near $80,000, $ETH near $2,320, gold ($PAXG) near $4,025. All roughly flat since the release.

Next Fed meeting: December 8-9. Inflation at 3.1% and rising keeps a hike on the table.

If the Fed hikes in December, what holds up better: gold or Bitcoin?

Not financial advice.
