According to CNBC, Jim Cramer said Wednesday that SK Hynix’s earnings showed AI stocks can still rally despite investor skepticism about data center spending. The South Korean memory maker’s New York-listed shares surged more than 13% after it reported better-than-expected results and an upbeat outlook, lifting Micron nearly 6%, Arm 4% and AMD 3%. Revenue topped estimates by roughly 6%, and gross margins were 85.7%. SK Hynix projected shipment growth in the mid-20% range this quarter, up from 10% in the third quarter, and indicated production was effectively sold out through 2029, supported by long-term customer agreements. Cramer also cited the company’s low valuation, investment in manufacturing equipment and plans for dividends and stock buybacks.
