Most crypto campaigns don't fail at reach. They fail at the handoff.

A KOL post lands, people click, and then they hit a Telegram chat with no pinned guide, a Discord with twelve empty channels, or a site that doesn't say what to do next. The traffic was real. The setup wasn't ready for it.

Before you pay for attention, check the path a new person actually walks:

1. Landing: one page, one clear next step. Not five links.
2. Community: a pinned "start here" message, active moderators in the time zones you're buying traffic from, and answers to the obvious questions written in advance.
3. Tracking: separate links per creator and per channel, so you know which sources bring people who stay, not just people who click.
4. Follow-up: a reason to come back in week two, whether that's an AMA, a product update or a community task.

Fix the handoff first, then scale spend. The same budget goes much further when nothing leaks between the click and the first real action.

This is the order we work in at WNF Agency: readiness, then distribution. wnf.agency
