Raising slippage tolerance doesn't make a high-impact swap cheaper.

Uniswap's guides distinguish the price change caused by your own trade from changes between the quote and execution. A larger trade against limited liquidity can already have an unfavorable price before anything moves while it's pending.

For $UNI users, review the quoted output and price impact before the tolerance setting. Allowing a worse final result widens what you accept; it doesn't add liquidity to the route or improve the quote.
