The break above 0.03006 was tiny (6.1%) and BANK got rejected from 0.03188 straight away. That's not strength, that's buyers running out of steam.
Next stop for me is 0.02845. Nobody's touched $BANK it since the pullback (24% of the leg), so it's the obvious magnet. A move above 0.03188 proves me wrong.
