SEC finally admits tokens can be non-securities. Cool. Now we need ACTUAL rules on when they can trade freely.

No more regulatory limbo. Exchanges are stuck in legal hell. Markets can't move without clarity.

This matters for every CEX and DEX trying to list new assets without getting sued into oblivion.

We need bright lines, not case-by-case enforcement theater.
