XRP price may still look weak around $1.29, but the supply data underneath the market is telling a different story.

Santiment Intelligence says wallets holding at least 10 million XRP now control around 46.87 billion tokens.

That represents roughly 68.5% of the supply tracked by this cohort, the highest share since November 2022.

The interesting part is that this accumulation has continued even as XRP struggled to build momentum.

XRP Supply Is Moving Toward Larger Holders

Santiment’s chart tracks both the number of XRP tokens held by 10M+ wallets and their share of total supply.

The lighter green series rises from roughly 38 billion XRP in 2023 to nearly 47 billion today.

At the same time, the darker green percentage line moves toward 68.5%.

So the trend is not only about price.

Large holders have been adding exposure for a long period, and that trend has continued through the latest weakness.

Santiment interprets this as a bullish signal because whales are holding more supply at a time when smaller traders may be losing conviction.

XRP Whales Now Control Most Supply Since 2022 Wallets holding at least 10M XRP now control 46.87B tokens. That represents roughly 68.5% of XRP’s supply, the highest share held by this group since November 2022. The key signal is that these massive holders have kept increasing exposure even while $XRP struggles near $1.29. Large stakeholders accumulating through weakness suggests conviction remains strong beneath the price action, creating a more bullish setup if smaller traders continue capitulating. $1.30 is the immediate pivot, with $1.50 becoming the stronger confirmation level. Holding above $1.20 while whale balances remain near record territory would keep the accumulation thesis intact. A reclaim of $1.50 alongside further whale growth would substantially strengthen the case for a larger XRP recovery. Our Live XRP 10M+ Wallet Chart: https://t.co/zSPqoZheeM

That is a reasonable interpretation, but there is one caveat.

Higher supply concentration does not automatically guarantee buying pressure. Some large wallets can belong to exchanges, custodians or institutions rather than individual whales actively accumulating.

Still, the direction of the data is hard to ignore.

The 1.20-1.50 Range Is Still the Key

Santiment identifies $1.30 as the immediate pivot.

XRP is currently trading around $1.29, so price is directly on that level.

Above it, $1.50 is the stronger confirmation area.

If the XRP price can reclaim $1.50 while whale balances remain near current highs, the accumulation thesis would become much more convincing.

On the downside, $1.20 is the level Santiment wants to see hold.

That creates a simple framework:

$1.20 holds + whale balances stay high → accumulation thesis remains intact.

$1.30 reclaims → short-term structure improves.

$1.50 breaks → stronger recovery case develops.

If XRP loses $1.20, however, the supply data alone would not be enough to keep the short-term setup bullish.

My Take on the XRP Supply Data

I think this is a useful signal because price and ownership structure are currently moving in opposite directions.

XRP is weak, but large wallets are not reducing exposure in aggregate. They are controlling more supply than they have in years.

That divergence is worth watching.

It does not tell us when XRP will rally, but it does tell us that bigger holders are not abandoning the asset despite poor price performance.

For me, the best confirmation would come from price catching up with the supply trend.

A move back above $1.30 would be the first step.

A break above $1.50 would be far more convincing.

Until then, whale accumulation is a supportive backdrop, not a guaranteed bullish trigger.
