Jim Cramer said he would buy Goldman Sachs shares after Anthropic filed its IPO prospectus on Monday. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are lead underwriters, according to BeInCrypto. Cramer said he was encouraged that no single customer accounted for more than 10% of Anthropic's revenue in the nine months through Sept. 30; the filing also flags cloud-spending commitments due even if AI demand slows. He named Amazon and Microsoft as likely candidates to sell stock, while calling Alphabet unlikely after its June sale.
