Layer-1 blockchain Injective has introduced a perpetual futures market linked to rental prices for five Nvidia GPUs, supporting leverage of up to 10x. The Super Intelligence Compute Index uses rental data compiled by London-based LO:TECH. Monday's announcement says the index refreshes hourly based on a trailing seven-day average, and traders use USDC for margin. Injective said the market could let AI developers hedge rising computing costs and GPU providers hedge falling rental revenue.
