Cryptex Digital Market Cap ETF filed its sixth pre-effective S-1 amendment on Oct. 23, proposing to list on Nasdaq under the ticker BAGZ. According to ChainCatcher, the filing was disclosed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Cryptex Finance is the fund’s sponsor.
The fund plans to hold multiple crypto assets directly, building and rebalancing its portfolio according to the constituents and weights of the Cryptex Digital Market Cap Index. Assets that may initially each represent at least 5% of net asset value include BTC, ETH, XRP, HYPE, DOGE, SHIB, ADA and CTX; the composition and weights may change over time. The filing updates the fund’s registration application and does not mean the SEC has approved the product or that trading has begun.$BTC $ETH $XRP #SouthKoreaReportedlyWeighsFourthCryptoTaxDelay #BinancePick #FranklinTempletonFilesForTwoDividendToBitcoinETFs
