7 setups broke their red lines this week. They're at the top of this recap, not buried.
Week of 18 Oct - 25 Oct 2026. Every setup we publish comes with one level that proves it wrong. This is the weekly audit of how those levels did.

ONE MISS, EXPLAINED
Picked by a fixed rule, not by us: the highest grade at publication first, then the deepest daily close below the red line, then the earliest.
TIA - graded B, stage 6
THE FACTS
- 17 Oct 21:16 IST: published at 0.6577. Red line 0.6333, confirmation level 0.6885.
- Evidence on the card at publication: structure: confirmed setup (stage 6 - continuation); leverage building: open interest +94% in 7d.
- No daily close above the publication price before the break.
- 19 Oct daily candle (closed 05:30 IST next day): close 0.6158, 2.8% below the red line 0.6333 - marked wrong.
OUR READ AT PUBLICATION (interpretation)
- Stage 6, Continuation: After a held retest, a new high more than 2% above the old ceiling.
- Grade B: Structure in progress (a breakout waiting for its retest, or a resistance test), or an A with one flag against it.
WHAT IT SHOWS - AND WHAT IT DOESN'T
- The red line sat 3.9% below the publication price; a daily close went through it 2 days after publication.
- It already carried a flag at publication (leverage building: open interest +94% in 7d). One case can't show whether that flag matters - the Outcomes page tracks results by grade.
- One failure doesn't change the rules. Any rule change is announced in this recap first.

WHAT EXPIRED - AND WHY THAT'S NORMAL
- PUMP, MAGIC: 14 days without breaking the red line or confirming. Expired is not a win and not a miss - most structure setups end this way, and we log every one rather than quietly drop it.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Setups opened this week: 11 · confirmed 2 · invalidated 7 · expired 2
- 4H breakouts flagged: 6
- All-time record: 70 logged · 13 confirmed · 30 invalidated · 13 expired · 14 still open
- Against a coin flip: 13 of 43 decided setups confirmed; 21.6 would have on luck alone, given where their levels sat.
- Open book: 14 setups move like ~1.9 independent charts (30-day daily moves, average correlation to BTC 0.58).
STILL OPEN - AND WHERE EACH ONE IS WRONG
- AI (grade C): wrong below 0.0186
- BMT (grade C): wrong below 0.02068
- BNB (grade C): wrong below 717.07
- BTC (grade C): wrong below 80,394
- ENA (grade C): wrong below 0.1744
- ETH (grade C): wrong below 2,318
- NEAR (grade C): wrong below 4.30
- PEPE (grade C): wrong below 3.77e-06
- +6 more on the full record
HOW TO READ THIS
We don't call tops or bottoms. Each chart gets a structure stage, a grade after cross-checks (derivatives crowding, news event risk), and one red line. The record keeps every outcome - the misses carry the same weight as the confirmations.
