Toto Finance wants that amount from Cardano’s treasury to buy tokenized copper.

The part that makes me pause: copper would need to trade well above its all-time high for holders to get their money back. Not to make a profit. Just to recover the money. 🫠

I’m all for debating new uses for a treasury, but that’s a serious hurdle.
