Traced the $GRVT burn on Etherscan myself. 1.1M tokens sent to zero address via burn function. Verified.
Tokens were bought off open market first. ~1% of circulating at the time. Against full 1B cap it's 0.11%. Not massive but directionally correct.
Burn happened Oct 19, 2:14 PM UTC. Single ETH tx, fully auditable.
Why this matters: burn ≠ treasury. Treasury tokens can dump later. Burned tokens are gone forever. Non-recoverable.
$GRVT has 1B hard cap, no inflation. Fixed supply model like $BTC's 21M. Every burn tightens supply permanently.
This is 1/5 announcements before Grvt 2.0 drops end of November. Monthly buybacks planned going forward at issuer discretion.
Watching how the next rounds play out.
