Ethereum core devs pulled the Oct 26 Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet. They made the call on ACDE #248 so they can dig into how EIP-8037 interacts with mainnet smart contracts. The planned 200M gas limit on Hoodi is off too, and there's no new date. The EF says mainnet users and $ETH holders don't need to do anything.
