$7.5B+ in RWA volume, $1B+ in tokenized assets, and now Injective is bringing the Korean won onchain, this is where things get interesting for $INJ

@Injective has partnered with @BDACSKorea one of South Korea’s leading digital asset custody companies, to bring KRW1 into its rapidly growing RWA ecosystem.

KRW1 is a won-backed stablecoin issued by BDACS, with Injective aiming to enable direct won settlement for tokenized assets without relying on dollar-based stablecoins.

Why does this matter?

South Korea’s five major crypto exchanges have recorded 18 consecutive months of net stablecoin outflows, totaling around $10.4B.

There’s clear demand for onchain markets but Korean investors and institutions need better ways to access them using their own currency.

thats where this partnership comes in

➫ Direct won settlement: Trade tokenized assets using KRW1 instead of USD stablecoins

➫ More institutional adoption: Makes it easier for Korean institutions to explore onchain assets

➫ More RWA opportunities: Opens doors for tokenized stocks, bonds, real estate and FX

➫ Compliance support: Injective Mint offers controls for asset holders, regions and transfers

and this isn’t happening in isolation POSCO International and LG CNS have already chosen injective for issuing and settling live trade receivables.

With $7.5B+ in RWA volume already processed and $1B+ in tokenized assets issued, Injective has a growing foundation to build on.

the bigger vision is simple, bring more real world assets onchain, make them easier to trade and settle and unlock new utility through perps and other financial applications.

this is the kind of progress that makes me bullish on $INJ

Injective keeps bringing more realworld finance onchain and trust me fellows we are still early in seeing what that can become 🥷
