The NU7 upgrade finally has an activation block — and the market priced it before the checklist is done.

Developers agreed on block 3,543,405 for the NU7 mainnet upgrade (early November): block times cut from 75s to 25s, legacy v4/Sprout transactions retired, and a new fee mechanism directing 60% of fees to the sustainability fund.

$ZEC tagged $1,368.40 today and holds $1,314 (+4.51%/24h) on ~$253M of spot volume — a staircase from the $1,049 low 12 days ago.

The tension: the readiness dashboard shows 6 of 12 tasks still open, node-sync work unresolved, and only two developers have signed off on the proposal.

Levels: support $1,232–$1,269 · resistance $1,348–$1,389. A 4h close under $1,232 voids the staircase.

The honest risk: upgrades are news, not bids — one slipped task turns the countdown into a sell-the-event. Sprout holders must migrate before activation.

Does $ZEC clear $1,368 into the November countdown, or does $1,250 get retested first? $ZEC NFA. DYOR.
