How I Got More Tokens on $GRAM by Checking the Route
I recently compared the same swap on two different interfaces. For 1 GRAM, one showed around 8,318 $HMSTR. @STONfi DEX showed 9,301 HMSTR. Same network, same amount, different output.
Liquidity on $GRAM m is split across different DEXs and pools. A single interface only sees part of it. Some routes are direct. Others go through intermediate tokens. The result is that the same pair can give different amounts depending on which path is used.
The manual way is to open more than one app, enter the same amount, and compare the estimated outputs. That is what I did. It takes a minute but shows the stronger route immediately.
STON.fi uses Omniston to check connected sources and compare routes (including multi-hop) automatically. You enter the amount once and see the current best available quote. In my test, that quote was the higher one.
I now look at the actual amount I will receive and the price impact before I confirm. The name of the app matters less than the final number on screen.
A clear breakdown of how DEXs and pools work is at whatisdex.com.
Have you ever compared the same swap on two different TON interfaces? What did you notice?
