Aerodrome and Velodrome are merging into Aero, which will operate across seven networks, including Base, Ethereum, and OP. According to PANews, the launch follows two delays, and existing tokens can be exchanged for new AERO at a 1:1 ratio. Aero will replace weekly voting with Predictive Allocation, link emissions to revenue, and introduce dynamic fees and an MEV tax.
