The Foundation's October 15 Stablecoin Growth Program offers an additional 200,000 $ARB to each of the first ten accepted teams reaching $10 million in USDG TVL, measured as a 30-day average.
That averaging rule matters: briefly crossing the threshold is insufficient. These are conditional incentives for eligible protocols, not an automatic reward for ARB holders. Announced prize pools also do not prove lasting liquidity growth.
