Vladimir Putin has downplayed the damage from recent Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries but warned that Moscow would respond.

“Nothing particularly significant,” Putin said, despite a drone attack that reportedly set a refinery in Russia’s Ryazan region ablaze.
