SOL is trading near $106.12, up around 1.4% today after opening at $104.68. It has traded between $100.62 and $106.51 over the past 24 hours.

The bounce looks encouraging, but SOL isn’t out of the woods yet. It’s still down 8.7% over the past week and roughly 10.9% over 20 days, so the short-term trend remains under pressure.

Technical picture:

RSI(6) has recovered to 33.27 from 22.61, suggesting selling pressure is cooling off. However, momentum still isn’t strong enough to confirm a proper reversal.

MACD remains bearish, although the negative momentum is starting to weaken. SOL is also trading below its 7-day MA ($107.65) and 25-day MA ($115.62), while staying comfortably above the 99-day MA ($94.18).

The SuperTrend is still bearish at $119.33, so bulls have more work to do.

What I’m watching next 👀

For this recovery to become more convincing, SOL needs to reclaim its short- and medium-term moving averages and hold those levels with strong volume.

Volume has improved to around 1.39× the 7-day average, but large-order flow is still negative, with an estimated 93.1K SOL net outflow over the past day. That suggests bigger players haven’t clearly stepped in to support the bounce yet.

On the downside, $101.69 is an important near-term level, followed by the 30-day low around $95.82.

For now, this looks more like a recovery attempt than a confirmed bullish reversal.
