Means more people are scared and bearish than bullish. Panic mode ON.

*What does this mean?*

According to Santiment data, this is interesting:
When everyone is scared on BTC & XRP, it can actually be GOOD for a bounce. Because when fear is max, a small buying can push price up fast.

And when everyone is FOMO on ETH, ETH usually leads the next recovery.
