$STRK Ran 330%, and New Wallets Peaked Right at the Top

$STRK climbed about 330% in four weeks, and new buyers arrived right at the top. According to Santiment, Starknet recorded 1,166 new wallets in a single day, an all-time high, on the same day the price hit its local peak.

Santiment sees this as a classic FOMO pattern. Late buyers pile in after a big run, which often sets up a short-term pullback, and the drop that followed fits that model.

The top 10 Starknet addresses now hold around 7.09B STRK, their largest combined balance since April, and they kept adding as interest from new buyers cooled.

There's also a longer-term story around the network itself. StarkWare CEO Eli Ben-Sasson says blockchains should prepare for quantum computing and fast Al progress sooner than most people expect. He named three priorities: the right cryptography, the ability to swap cryptographic algorithms as new risks appear, and possibly moving Starknet to L1. He raised the L1 move as a question to discuss, not a decision.

This builds on what StarkWare showed in August, when the team reported a successful quantum-resistant transaction on the Bitcoin network.
