Imagine waking up to find 81K was just a bad dream — and the market’s already back at 84K, acting like the dip never happened.
The last two 4H candles just did that: a violent sweep into the low 81s, then a clean 1.8% snap back that left an unfilled gap near 83.2K. Gaps like that act like magnets.
The 4H chart is coiling — fast and slow trend lines are hugging each other near 83.4K, momentum neutral. Funding is slightly positive and long-side positioning is crowded, so the easy money’s already been made. The market may need to cool off first.
The structure isn’t broken. The weekly picture is still comfortably bullish — long-term trend line near 81.7K, bigger moving average at 76K. The macro floor is miles below.
My focus is the 4H. Pivot zone is around 83.5K. Losing the 82K area on a 4H close tells me the bulls lost their grip. But if $BTC holds above the unfilled gap near 83.2K, the path toward the mid-86s feels wide open.
My read: a coiled spring, but not wound tight enough yet. The real risk is chasing strength into a crowded long book.
Tap $BTC to pull up the chart and stare at that gap yourself.
I’ll follow this level closely — follow me for the updated read when it either fills or fails.
