The L1/L2 sector is getting absolutely wrecked today and I see three names bleeding hard — but the setups are very different 🩸

Why group these? STRK, APT, and CFX are all Layer 1/2 plays getting hammered in the same session. But one might be a knife catch while another could be a genuine dip buy. Let's break it down.

🔴 STRK ($0.0901) — Down 24% with $73.6M volume. That's MASSIVE selling pressure. RSI 4H at 50.2 sitting dead neutral despite the dump, which means momentum hasn't capitulated yet. The daily trend is still technically "strong uptrend" from the lows, but this candle is ugly. SMA7 (4H) at $0.1055 is now far overhead — that's resistance city.

🟡 APT ($0.8448) — Down 10% with relatively normal volume (0.95x ratio). RSI 4H at 49.9, also neutral. Unlike STRK, APT's daily structure shows it was already in an uptrend before this pullback. LS ratio at 2.89 means longs are crowded — that's a warning sign for further downside if support breaks.

🟠 CFX ($0.0604) — Down 12% on surging volume (1.8x). RSI 4H at 52.5, also neutral-ish. Daily trend still "strong uptrend" but this correction is testing conviction. The volume spike suggests real selling, not just drift.

📋 TRADE PLAN:

STRK SHORT:
• Entry: $0.0834 – $0.0968
• SL: $0.117
• TP1: $0.0809 | TP2: $0.0784 | TP3: $0.0751

APT SHORT:
• Entry: $0.8276 – $0.8620
• SL: $0.9137
• TP1: $0.8027 | TP2: $0.7779 | TP3: $0.7448

CFX SHORT:
• Entry: $0.0575 – $0.0632
• SL: $0.0718
• TP1: $0.0558 | TP2: $0.0541 | TP3: $0.0518

All three are short setups with tight risk. The common thread? Overextended L1/L2 names that ran hard and are now giving it back. But watch for reversal wicks — if BTC stabilizes, these could bounce violently.
