Beating AI News: Tsinghua-backed AI infrastructure company Infinigence completed a 2.3 billion yuan Series C funding round, bringing its cumulative funding to 4.3 billion yuan.Founded in 2023, Infinigence does not develop chips or build its own data centers. It uses software to integrate computing power from different chips such as Huawei Ascend, Nvidia, and AMD, providing large model training and inference services to customers. Developers can also directly call models through APIs without deploying them themselves.Bloomberg cited people familiar with the matter on October 1 as saying that Infinigence has confidentially submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and could list as early as the first half of 2027, with a pre-IPO valuation reportedly around 14.3 billion yuan.
