Circle USDC circulation has declined by $800 million over the past seven days, as redemptions outpaced new issuance. According to Circle latest transparency data, $10.5B in USDC was redeemed against $9.7B newly issued. Over the past year, circulation has also fallen by a net $2.5B. This matters because stablecoins are a key source of liquidity across crypto markets. A shrinking USDC supply can reflect investors converting digital dollars back into fiat, moving capital elsewhere, or reduced demand for USDC. But it doesn’t automatically mean $800M has left crypto entirely. Some capital may have moved into other stablecoins or different assets. The key thing to watch is whether this becomes a sustained contraction or just a short term fluctuation in stablecoin demand. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights# $USDC $BTC
