AVAX bounced off the sharp drop to $9.757, ran into resistance, and is now rolling over under its falling 99 MA with a string of red candles. I’m watching for a short on a push back up into the resistance zone, not chasing the current candle. 📉
Entry: $10.590 – $10.690
TP1: $10.400
TP2: $10.250
TP3: $10.050
SL: $10.820
🔻 Why AVAX is on watch:
Price ($10.453) is sitting just under the 7 MA ($10.499) and right on the 25 MA ($10.443), and is still well below the 99 MA ($10.695), which is sloping down and has capped every bounce since the drop from $11.726 The structure shows a lower high near $10.80 after the bounce from $9.757, so the recovery looks corrective inside a downtrend The last push up was rejected and has rolled into a run of small red candles on thin volume, a sign buyers are running out of steam The 25 MA ($10.443) is the first support, with the $10.250 area below it. A 1H close under $10.380 would confirm sellers are taking over.
