The USDT went the other way. Tether can freeze it, so most of it was rushed out. When Tether froze the drain wallets at 12:09 UTC, 12 of them were already empty, drained 15 to 90 minutes earlier. In all it caught $10.0M: 20 wallets with $500K each.
BTC can't be frozen, so there is no rush. Counting the frozen USDT, the BTC and the ETH still in one drain wallet, about 35% of the reported $86M is still in place.
