📌 #2 The Real Skill is Knowing When to Pivot
You don’t have to change your strategy because you lost a trade.
But you also should not defend a strategy when the evidence continually points to something being wrong.

So what do you do?
🔹 Review your trades: Are you following your rules or are you making emotional decisions?
🔹 Study market conditions: Has the environment changed to affect your strategy?
🔹 Look for signs. Is it just a normal losing run, or are there signs that your method needs reviewing?
🔹 Adapt with purpose: Don’t change the entire strategy because of one bad trade. Adjusts on evidence, not frustration.

Keep in mind:
Consistency means doing it as it has been done before.
Discipline means sticking to your rules.
Flexibility is when to re-evaluate those rules or your approach.

It’s not about loyalty to a strategy. It’s about continuing to learn what the market is teaching you.
The point is that in trading, failure to adapt can be just as expensive as acting without a plan.
