#EthereumSurpasses$2500
ETH is back near $2,500. But I’m watching whether buyers can defend it, not just reclaim it.

Here’s what the data shows.

📉 Price action:
ETH fell from around $2,697 on October 7 to an intraday low near $2,408 on October 8. On October 9, it recovered to around $2,500. That is a rebound after a sharp sell-off, not yet proof of a trend reversal.

💸 ETF flows:
US spot Ethereum ETFs recorded approximately $452.4M in net outflows over the five trading days through October 8. On October 8 alone, net outflows were around $1.4M.

That’s the tension I’m watching: price is recovering, but recent ETF flows show that institutional demand has faced pressure.

My view:

• Bullish confirmation: ETH holds above $2,500 and buying strength improves.
• Warning sign: ETH loses $2,500 while ETF outflows continue.
• What changes my view: a sustained recovery supported by stronger demand, not just a temporary bounce.

My prediction: ETH may retest the $2,500 zone before its next clear move. I’d become more constructive if buyers defend that level and capital flows improve. If both weaken, I wouldn’t assume the correction is over.

A price level becomes meaningful when the market proves it can defend it.

What’s your take: is ETH building a base around $2,500, or is this another relief bounce?
