$NEAR is facing heavy selling pressure as the broader crypto market turns bearish. On the 1D chart, NEAR is currently around $4.41, down roughly 14%, after rejecting from the recent $5.59 high.
The technical picture has weakened. MACD is bearish, while RSI(6) has dropped near 38, showing that selling pressure is strong but the token is getting closer to an oversold zone. The important area to watch now is around $4.10–$4.40. If buyers defend this zone, NEAR could attempt a recovery toward $4.90–$5.00, and eventually retest $5.50.
However, if $4.10 breaks with strong volume, another deeper correction toward the $3.80–$3.50 region could become possible.
The broader market is also under pressure, with Bitcoin falling below $84K and more than $500M in crypto liquidations recently reported.
Fundamentally, NEAR still has strong narratives around AI, NEAR Intents and cross-chain infrastructure, and its first U.S. spot NEAR ETF launched recently.
What do you think — will $NEAR hold $4.10–$4.40 and bounce, or are we heading lower first? 👀
