One of the hardest trading lessons is knowing when to stop.

If you already had a good winning day, the next trade does not automatically have the same quality.

A common mistake is giving back profit because confidence turns into overtrading.

My rule is simple:

After a strong win, risk should go down — not up.

If the next setup is not A-grade, I stop.

Protecting profit is also part of trading.

You don’t need to win every move. You just need to avoid turning a good day into a bad one.

Sometimes the best trade after a big win is no trade at all.
