According to Jin10, China's main futures contracts closed mixed at midday, with fuel oil rising more than 18%, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and bitumen climbing more than 9%, and methanol, paraxylene, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), benzene, and styrene (EB) hitting their daily limit up. On the downside, palladium fell more than 6%, red dates dropped more than 4%, silver futures, glass, iron ore, and tin futures on the Shanghai market fell more than 3%, and platinum declined nearly 3%.
