Tokenization is expanding beyond public stocks.
Ondo Finance announced Ondo Private Markets, starting with tokenized exposure to a pre-IPO AI company. The platform is designed to allow secondary-market trading of these private-company instruments onchain.
This is bigger than another token launch.
The evolution looks something like:
Public stocks → ETFs → Treasuries → private companies → programmable portfolios
Ondo already offers hundreds of tokenized stocks and ETFs to eligible investors outside the U.S., across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana.
The thesis isn’t simply:

The thesis is:
