BINANCE JUST ADDED 4 NEW TOKENIZED SECURITIES

Binance is expanding its bStocks offering.

Four new tokenized securities are being added to Binance Spot/Convert:

* $JPMB — JPMorgan Chase
* $LLYB — Eli Lilly
* $SECZB — Securitize Corp
* $USDEB — StablecoinX Inc.

Trading starts

12:00 UTC / 8:00 AM ET

Binance is also enabling:

* Spot Algo Trading Bots at listing
* Rebalancing Bots within 24 hours
* Zero-fee bStocks trading through Binance Convert within one hour after listing
* Withdrawals from 13:00 UTC / 9:00 AM ET

Zero maker fees

The four bStocks/USDT pairs have zero maker fees from listing until:

October 31, 2026 — 23:59 UTC.

But the most important line is not the fee.

Eligibility is highly restricted.

Binance states that bStocks are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction.

They are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. U.S. persons are specifically excluded.

So don’t interpret this as universal access to tokenized U.S. equities.

Wealth Engine perspective

Tokenization expands the infrastructure.

It does not eliminate:

* jurisdictional restrictions
* product risk
* market volatility
* liquidity risk
* counterparty/structural considerations

And zero maker fees don’t make an asset risk-free.

Do zero maker fees make tokenized securities more useful — or simply easier to trade?
