🚨 $BITCOIN 47% Bounce: A Recovery or Another Trap?
$BITCOIN has recently bounced 47% from its low, creating renewed optimism across the crypto market. At first glance, such a strong recovery may look like a clear sign of strength. But historical data tells a more complicated story.
According to Binance Research, similar Bitcoin rebounds have occurred seven times since 2011. The interesting part is what happened before those rebounds. When Bitcoin had already experienced a deep drawdown, strong rebounds were more likely to hold and eventually lead to new highs.
However, when Bitcoin had fallen only moderately before bouncing, the recovery was much less reliable. In those cases, the rebound failed 4 out of 5 times, followed by another decline.
This makes the current situation particularly interesting. Bitcoin has bounced strongly, but the previous decline was only moderate compared with historical examples where rebounds successfully continued higher.
📊 My view: $BTC can remain bullish in the bigger picture, but this 47% recovery should not automatically be treated as confirmation of a new all-time-high move. A healthy consolidation or another correction could come before the next major rally.
The key now is confirmation — not chasing the pump. 🚀
