OKX has raised fresh capital from Circle, Ripple, Standard Chartered's SC Ventures and hedge fund Qube Research & Technologies. The round holds the exchange's valuation at $25 billion, unchanged from its March funding led by NYSE parent Intercontinental Exchange.
