The line runs to Yanbu on the Red Sea, bypassing the Strait of Hormuz.
Riyadh had been using it to move about 4 million barrels a day, roughly 4% of global supply, after the US-Israeli war on Iran disrupted Gulf exports.
Drone strikes blamed on Iraqi militias shut the line on September 11. Flows have since restarted.
