In February 2025, TRON launched the TRON Builders League, putting more attention on developers and the people creating applications around the network.
This is a meaningful evolution from the early days of blockchain entrepreneurship.
When @justinsuntron founded TRON, much of the challenge was proving that a new network could exist and attract participants.
Years later, the question becomes different: how do you help other people build on top of it?
That shift is important.
A successful ecosystem eventually has to create opportunities for people who are not part of the original founding team.
For young entrepreneurs, this is a useful lesson about leadership.
Building something yourself is one form of achievement.
Creating an environment where other talented people can build their own ideas is another.
The second requires patience because other people will not necessarily build exactly what you would build.
But that independence is also what allows an ecosystem to grow beyond its original creators.
The Builders League represents this broader stage of development: moving from building a network to encouraging a larger group of builders to participate.
