$CAKE is up 10.3% on the week at $2.51, and the reason is boring plumbing, not a loud headline.

Binance Wallet added one-tap LP through BNB Smart Chain. someone who opens the wallet to hold a coin can now park it in a pool without leaving the app. fewer steps means more liquidity stays on PancakeSwap.

there's also a piece out arguing PancakeSwap's deflationary design deserves a second look. that's an opinion column, not proof, and i'd treat it that way. burns only matter if volume keeps showing up.

i'm taking the bull side anyway. a +10.3% week followed by a day that barely moved, $2.48 to $2.54, looks like digestion to me, not exhaustion.

$CAKE trades at $2.52 right now. if it holds $2.48, the 24h low, i think it pushes through $2.54 and the week's move keeps going. if it loses $2.48, i'm wrong on this and there's nothing to defend. if you bought this week's bounce, that's where you start giving it back.

holding $2.48 or losing it?
