One lesson that took me time to understand:
Trading more doesn't automatically mean earning more.
Sometimes the best day is:
0 trades.
Before entering anything, I want:
✅ Clear trend
✅ Meaningful level
✅ Pullback or retest
✅ Confirmation
✅ Defined stop loss
✅ At least 1.5R potential
If those conditions aren't there, I'm not going to invent a setup because I'm bored.
One quality trade can be better than five random ones.
And avoiding one terrible trade can be just as valuable as finding a winner.
Protect capital first. Opportunities come again.
