#Terra_Classic's Community Pool is a reserve of assets that can be allocated to approved initiatives through on-chain governance. It can support development, infrastructure, security and other community-approved work.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
COMMUNITY POOL TO PROPOSAL AND COMMUNITY VOTE → APPROVED SPENDING
But funding a project is only the beginning.
How much is being requested?
Who receives the funds?
What will be delivered?
Are milestones and spending reported?
Was the work actually completed?
One important distinction is the Community Pool is not the same as market liquidity. A token balance in the pool doesn't automatically mean it can be sold at a particular price without affecting the market.
The Key Point Remains
Community funding should be measured by transparency, accountability and delivered results, not just the amount spent.
