$MU just delivered a monster earnings report but the post-earnings reaction is where things get interesting 👀

Q4 revenue came in at $54.23B, up 379% YoY, while FY27 Q1 revenue guidance is $61.5B ± $1.5B.

The long-term AI/memory story remains strong, but I’m seeing a more cautious short-term setup.

My $MU setup:

📊 4H: Cautious / bearish bias
📈 1D: Still bullish

The 4H chart is showing signs of a potential top:
• Price below the 4H MA cluster
• RSI: 42.59
• MACD: Negative
• OI has increased significantly
• Funding is elevated vs its 7D average

So I’m not chasing the earnings headline.

Trade idea 👇

Entry trigger: $1,072.80
Stop: $1,057.05
T1: $1,089.55
T2: $1,109.07

The setup needs a 4H close above $1,072.80 for confirmation.

If $MU breaks below $1,041.95, the short-term structure changes. I’d consider reducing exposure rather than blindly reversing.

For me the key is simple:

Strong fundamentals ≠ guaranteed short-term price action.
