Zcash co-founder Zooko Wilcox said the latest community vote approved more than $8 million in retroactive grants, including several million dollars for developers and security researchers involved in discovering and fixing the critical Orchard vulnerability, auditing the code and delivering the Ironwood upgrade. Community data show 17 proposals totaling about $8.39 million were approved, with roughly 2.18 million ZEC participating in the vote.
