$QNT is the stronger momentum setup right now, trading around $295 after a sharp expansion. The key battle is $300–303 resistance. A clean breakout + retest above $303 can open the door toward $320–330. For longs, I’d rather see a pullback into $270–280 support and a bullish reaction than chase the current candle. If $255 breaks with strong selling, the bullish setup weakens and $227–243 becomes the next area to watch.
$ENA is in a different position. Price is around $0.245, sitting near an important decision zone. $0.245 is the immediate support; below it, $0.230 becomes the next downside area. Bulls need to reclaim $0.250–0.260 and hold it as support before I’d look for another push toward $0.28–0.30. The upcoming October 5 supply unlock adds another reason to avoid blindly chasing strength.
STRATEGY : For QNT, I want breakout + retest or a clean dip into support.
For ENA, I want $0.25–0.26 reclaimed before increasing long exposure. If support fails, I’d rather wait for the next level than catch a falling knife.
