$QNT — NOW DO YOU SEE WHY I SAID TO WAIT?
Yesterday, after $QNT dropped sharply, many traders thought the rally was finished. But QNT has bounced hard again, with today’s price trading around the $280–$295 region and an intraday move above $300.
I’m still sticking to the same approach: don’t fight extreme momentum without confirmation. The rally has a genuine catalyst behind it—The Clearing House selected Quant to provide technology for its On-Chain Money Initiative—but leverage, speculation and short liquidations have also contributed to the extraordinary volatility.
Could another explosive candle appear? Absolutely possible. But $500–$600 would be a highly speculative scenario, not a prediction. I’d rather wait for price action to show exhaustion and a confirmed reversal before even considering a short.
Being late to a trade can be frustrating. Protecting capital is more important than forcing an entry.
