A Token Can Exist Without Having Good Liquidity
Finding a token on a DEX doesn't automatically mean it can be traded efficiently.
A pool needs enough liquidity to absorb trades.
When liquidity is shallow, even a relatively small swap can create noticeable price impact.
That's why three things should be separated:
Token availability
Can you find the asset?
Liquidity availability
Is there enough capital in the relevant pool?
Execution quality
How much will your trade actually move the price?
A token can satisfy the first condition while struggling with the other two.
Before swapping, don't look only at whether the token exists.
Look at the market behind it.
