Binance is preparing to support the Base network upgrade and hard fork scheduled for September 30, 2026.
According to Binance’s official notice, deposits and withdrawals of supported tokens on the Base network will be temporarily suspended from approximately 17:00 UTC. The network upgrade is expected around 18:00 UTC.
The important part: spot trading will not be affected by the maintenance.
Binance says deposits and withdrawals will reopen once the upgraded network is considered stable, and users do not need to perform any technical action themselves.
