🚨 $LINK JUST GAVE TRADERS A LESSON IN CHASING MOMENTUM.
Earlier, LINK was one of the market’s strongest movers.
Now Binance Futures shows:
$LINK : ~$14.67
24H: -3.1%
24H high: $15.77
But price isn’t the most interesting part.
In the latest Binance data I checked, open-interest value dropped from roughly:
$159.6M → $142.8M
That’s about 10.5% of leveraged exposure disappearing across the sampled period.
And funding has turned slightly negative.
ONE THING:
When everyone notices the breakout, sometimes the better opportunity comes after the crowded trade gets flushed.
I’m watching two scenarios now:
🟢 Reclaim $15.00–$15.20 + OI starts rebuilding → LONG becomes interesting
🔴 Lose $14.45 → continuation lower becomes interesting
⚪ Between them → WAIT
I’m not predicting.
I’m waiting for the market to show its hand.
